Lesson learned this week:  Make sure you take the filter off your lens, less you get massive flare.  My bad.  Also, less is more where exposure is concerned for the moon.  I blew out a lot of these pictures.  Still, it was a cool thing to share with my kid, who is high on life in the mornings, and maybe will remember this experience fondly years from now.
